Very affordable CPD / training. Certificates are provided for attendance / professional development. Workshops are typically 10.30am - 5pm. If published dates are unsuitable for your requirements, please feel free to discuss with me as I often add in extra days where necessary. Fees from workshops all go to funding the charitable / not for profit services I offer.

Inner Child Workshop

£60

.Theoretical Base: Awareness and understanding of the techniques and research regarding the inner child.

Experiential: Implementation of some of the techniques learned. Creative and fun - lunch is provided.

Abuse Awareness: Working Creatively with Abuse - £60

Awareness and understanding regarding abuse, and exploration of creative therapeutic practices for connecting with the healing process. Resources are available for practice on the day. Although practices are transferable to any therapeutic requirement, research and use with abuse have proved beneficial in practice.

Abuse: Sex and Sexuality

£60

Awareness and understanding of sexual abuse, and the impact on sex, sexuality and relationships. Myth busting and challenging of perceptions - including expanding the comfort zone and breaking through the taboos of both sex and abuse.

As with all workshops, I endeavour to keep them from feeling too 'heavy' to ensure optimal learning

PTSD / Dissociation £60

Working through child abuse and trauma means a lot of work is dealing with post trauma symptoms. One hugely successful coping strategy to survive childhood trauma is using the dissociative process. Although this can be highly effective at the time, it is very limiting once the trauma has passed.

This workshop explores the biological and psychological impact, and ways of working with the healing process and post traumatic growth
