About me
I am a humanistic therapist, working from a person centred base. I have a diploma in Humanistic Counselling Diploma, which covered Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt theories. I use a lot of Transactional Analysis, which I also integrate with Inner Child work at times. I also have a BSc (Hons) in psychology, a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a Diploma in Mindfulness
My experience
I currently work in private practice, and offer a small service through Temenos Psychotherapy and Counselling as an affiliated counsellor for Let's Talk (free NHS counselling). I worked within a charitable organisation offering therapy for survivors of child abuse (from 2002), but when they closed (2009) I set up my own organisation
My previous experience also includes:
I worked within a busy GP teaching practice for a service provider of NHS funded work (2006 - 2015). NHS Occupational Health and therapy / welfare services within a training environment for people with learning disabilities

My services
I have extensive experience of working with a large number of different problems. These include: Abuse / Addiction / Anger / Anxiety / Bereavement / Depression / Self Esteem / Self Harm / Stress (including stress in the work place and post traumatic stress) to name a few
