New introductory course: basic counselling skills

 

£120 - 6 x 2.5 hour sessions

 

This is an introductory taster giving people an opportunity to explore the basic transferable skills of counselling. The aim is to provide an overview of what counselling entails, and to practice some of the skills required. This course is a good base for effective communication skills

 

Becoming a therapist can be very expensive, and these sessions will allow participants the opportunity to explore its suitability without the huge expense and commitment.
